Financial Service Relieves IT Department

The financial services provider SKOK Wesola was faced with numerous challenges with VMware printing and Citrix printing in its distributed environment, mainly relating to bandwidth, printer driver conflicts and system instability.

The Solution:

The VMware and Citrix Printing environment is now dealt with by the ThinPrint Engine, which was installed on a central print server.

The Result:

The entire Terminal Server environment is stabilized and print data volume significantly reduced. With the virtual printer driver, ThinPrint Output Gateway, driver issues no longer occur. The ThinPrint Engine results in considerably less workload for the IT department.
