The Austrian IT service provider Prio-IT was founded by Bernd Nömer in November 2020. Providing professional IT solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises and practices as well as corporate project services is a top priority for the company.

Although a lot is handled digitally these days, as company founder Bernd Nömer reports, printing delivery documents remains a topic in his client’s industry. Since these delivery notes are needed at several remote locations and the users work on Citrix Session Hosts, his team has chosen ThinPrint. This is partly because of the TPOG driver (DRIVER FREE PRINTING) and partly because of the Dynamic Printer Matrix.

“Too many printer drivers spoil the system!” he recalls the time before ThinPrint was deployed. “A central matrix allows us to simply assign the correct printers to the users from the first login to the system. It helps us or the client a lot to use the TPOG driver to serve all printers.”
