General Description of the Service
ThinPrint is a print management provider that enables powerful, flexible, and secure print management—from compressed, encrypted print jobs to cost-efficient and centrally manageable infrastructure. The offering ranges from software solutions (ThinPrint Engine, Management Services, Tracking) to hardware (ThinPrint Hub) and cloud services (ezeep Blue). ThinPrint serves companies worldwide, with a special focus on distributed and virtual IT environments.

Explanation of Service Delivery
ThinPrint provides solutions for efficient and secure print management in companies. These include central administration of printing environments, driver-free printing, print data compression and encryption, pull printing, as well as cloud printing via the ezeep Blue platform. The goal is to simplify printing processes in local, hybrid, and virtual IT infrastructures, reduce costs, and increase security.

The service mentioned above is partially compliant with the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG).

The following parts/contents/functions of the service are not accessible:
Despite our efforts to make the services offered as accessible as possible, the following limitations currently exist:

• Some audio and video content does not have subtitles or audio descriptions.
• PDF documents are not consistently prepared for use with screen readers.
• Newsletter registration and certain forms are not fully accessible.

We are continuously working to gradually remove these barriers and further improve the accessibility of our services.
