In order to deal in the best possible manner with your request, we need information about the affected systems. The necessary data is automatically documented via our diagnostic tool. No installation is necessary.

Please submit the report along with your request to avoid delays.

By using the reports you send relevant information on your licenses and the installed ThinPrint modules. This helps us to respond faster to your request.

Please run the tool as local administrator. In the tool, save the report via FILE > SAVE REPORT AS.
