Have you ever sent a print job to a printer but then decided to make changes to the document and now you only need the most up-to-date version? With Personal Printing 2.0 this is no longer a problem! Log in via web browser and track your saved print jobs. You can conveniently delete print jobs that are no longer needed. You will have exclusive rights to view only your print jobs, keeping everyone's print outs separate and secure.

Even more mobile authentication methods

Take advantage of even more authentication methods at the printer. In addition to authentication via QR barcode, it is now possible to identify yourself via NFC (near field communication). Simply read the NFC tag at the printer with your smartphone, and your confidential data will begin printing. You can now also use your Android smartphone for mobile authentication.

High security levels with encryption

Play it safe! Thanks to SSL-encryption, user data remains secure when being transmitted from the authentication device to the Personal Printing server. The directory where print jobs are stored on the Personal Printing server can be further protected using Encrypting File System (EFS).
